Our first visit was to Laurel Crest in Pigeon Forge, TN. It was a dump compared to the five star room they showed us when we bought it. Our second visit was to Laurel Crest again. The bed was dirty, coffee pot did not work, not all amenities were in our room that were promised. In my opinion this is a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. We were also told that we would not be able to sell our timeshare. Every time we go the company tries to get us to upgrade to another level. Then they tell us that we will not be able to sell what we already have. We feel that we have purchased something that is not valueable at all.
