Blue Green Resorts complaint
We stayed at BlueGreen resorts at Boyne Mountain with the catch that we had to listen to their sales pitch. When we called to make the reservation they said we would be staying in a hotel in another town. We told her that we were told we could stay at the resort. She said that would cost an extra $50 dollars and we agreed that would be ok.

When we got our bank statement the next month it showed that they charged us $100. We called to tell them they overcharged us but they said they didn't overcharge us because they charge $50 per night and we stayed two nights. They did not tell us $50 per night when we made the reservations though. We would not have stayed there because we really can't afford that. But they will not honor the price that we were told over the phone. To me that is stealing!

To top it off, the last night that we stayed there we found out that we were sharing our room with cockroaches!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
